AJR returned to Denver for another show at the Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre, and they came in full force. Their show was part of their tour promoting their latest album, “The Maybe Man,” and the band played a range of songs from across their discography. 

The crowd was overflowing as people headed into the amphitheatre to see AJR perform. Children, grandparents and people of all ages gathered in the stands, and the diverse audience was a testament to the wide range of people AJR’s music appeals to.

Metal legends Metallica stormed into town last weekend on the heels of their M72 Tour. With two shows, the band set attendance records for shows at Empower Field, surpassing Taylor Swift. The band’s marketing team scored high grades for including multiple events during the band’s visits, including a pop-up shop with exclusive merch, a bloodrive, a Q&A with Kirk Hammett at Meow Wolf, and more. It was a Metallica weekend.

Denver was the last stop on the North American Tour, that has been spread out over the past three years in total (European dates coming). The production on this tour has been one of the biggest we have ever seen or experienced for any touring band, making it a must-see. A center stage flanked by rising towers displaying LED footage created an amazing spectacle.

The Weeknd’s After Hours Til’ Dawn tour rolled into Denver, Colorado, delivering a spectacle that left the city buzzing long after the final note. Known for pushing the boundaries of concert production and blending dark, moody aesthetics with high-energy performance, Abel Tesfaye did not disappoint. Hidden in the shadows of red moody lighting adorned by dancers clad in red cloaks, The Weeknd opened with The Abyss off his newest album.

From the opening track, the energy was palpable. The stage was a dynamic maze of lights and visuals that perfectly complemented the haunting, synth-heavy beats of the Hurry Up Tomorrow album. The transition into more upbeat songs like “Blinding Lights” injected the crowd with electrifying energy, sparking a sea of flashing phones and shout-alongs that filled Empower Field at Mile High to capacity. A 41-song setlist provided the soundtrack to his massive catalog of hits that has adorned us for the past decade.

The 2025 Kilby Block Party, held from May 15–18 at the Utah State Fairpark in Salt Lake City, marked a significant milestone in the festival’s evolution. Expanding to a four-day event for the first time, it attracted over 25,000 plus attendees daily, solidifying its reputation as a premier indie and alternative music festival in the U.S.  This was our third year covering and cannot emphasize enough how this festival continues to impress year by year.
