First Listen: Elektric Animals- "Reckless"
We have the new single from local boys Electric Animals called Reckless. A perfect song to describe our dealings with our recent pandemic (this goes out to all of you not wearing masks), the bluesy song gives an infectious beat layered with smooth harmonies and sharp riffs reminiscent of the early stuff by The Arctic Monkeys and The Black Keys. The song is catchy and well-produced giving us any hope of a feel good anthem of the summer. The band is made up of Nick Sanders on vocals, Oscar Jara on guitar, Jerrid Van Scoy on bass and Kyle Christy on drums.
