Highland Running of The Bulls | July 7, 2012

Denver’s own Running of the Bulls

This event will cause you to face your fears, prove your dodging prowess, and show that you care for children, right here in your own city of Denver. In honor of the running of the bulls in Pamplona, Spain we will be hosting the 2nd Annual Highland Running of the Bulls, where you will attempt to outrun members of the Rocky Mountain RollerGirls team wielding whiffle ball bats. *Race at your own risk...

It will be a day of celebration for those who are able to escape the onslaught of the Rocky Mountain RollerGirls, and will raise money for Tennyson Center for Children, who's aim is to "work with children, youth, and their families to overcome a variety of life crises, including abuse and neglect."

Join us for a day of celebrating the running of the bulls, and the work Tennyson Center for Children does in our local community. Be sure to dress in all white and wear a red accent, just like they do in Pamplona.

Post race festivities will include music, food, drinks, dancing, and general celebration. Book your calendars now for the 1k run (that's not a typo) on July 7th, 2012 at 9am.
