On, Wednesday, April 24, head to Corrida for a special evening in celebrating one of Spain’s most esteemed wineries – Bodegas Emilio Moro ā€“ with an appearance from Mario Moro, third-generation winemaker and a member of the estate's founding family.  Located in the heart of Ribera del Duero, Emilio Moro is known for its expressive, terroir-driven Tempranillo wines and its commitment to sustainable viticulture. Guests are invited to stop by and meet Mario, taste through a flight of four Emilio Moro wines ($38), and enjoy a curated pintxo flight ($26), available throughout the evening. The pintxo pairing includes: 

  • CaƱa de Cabra Cheese with house bread and Colorado honey

  • Chilled Tiger Shrimp with salsa verde

  • Lamb Loin with piquillo pepper and rosemary

  • CCC Brisket with braised greens and beef garum jus

When the cravings hit, Mecha Noodle Bar delivers. On Sunday 4/20, they’re serving up an all-day Happy Hour with half-off Munchies & Sake — fully approved for your holiday plans. Choose your own adventure between a solid lineup of craveable bites, like the thrice-cooked Sweet & Sour Spare Ribs (crispy, tender and totally addictive), dangerously good Crab Rangoon Dip, or crispy Saigon Beef Egg Rolls. Pull up a seat at the vibrant central bar at Corsica for a menu made for munching. The small plates style is perfect for snacking, sharing and curing the munchies. Go for favorites like the Mushroom Arancini with fonduta, Bastian Meatballs with parmigiano and tomato sauce or the Barbajuan crispy ravioli with ricotta, greens and parmigiano.

On 4/20, Stanley Marketplace is your one-stop shop for taking care of the munchies. Stop by and wander the halls, enjoy the vibrant murals, painted halls and public art and enjoy sweet and savory snacks that are over the top any other time, but right on point for 4/20:
