Interpol frontman Paul Banks is about to release his second solo album titled Banks. For those of you unfamiliar with Paul Banks, he released his first album titled Julian Plenti Lives and got rave reviews. This go around he drops the moniker of Julian Plenti and simply titled the forthcoming album by simply adding his last name.
