Where my folk fans at? We have found the perfect lineup this fall for you!

The University of Colorado Denver and CU Denver Live! present “Lynxapalooza,” the first annual CU Denver music festival, featuring nationally acclaimed acts Blind Pilot, Dr. Dog, and The Antlers. Sponsored by 97.3 KBCO, CU Denver Student Government Association, and the Music Industry Student Association(MISA), this all-day festival will feature carnival-esque attractions, a wide array of food trucks, and local music throughout the afternoon prior to that evening’s main show. Come early for fun, stay late for great music!

CU Denver Live! Is an organization focused on bringing a wide array of holistic art events and programming that highlights education and community as a whole to the CU Denver campus. This concert will be the group’s first effort towards an annual show on campus, hoping to welcome the residents of the greater Denver area into our community. One of the groups sponsoring Lynxapalooza is MISA, which is run and led by students who are majoring in the college’s Music Industry program. CU Denver is one of only a few universities across the nation to offer such a major through their College of Arts & Media. This concert gives student a chance to be involved in organizing and producing a full-blown event, giving them both real world experience as well as helping build connections with other local industry specialists.

To find out more information about the concert, please visit www.cudenverlive.com/. Tickets are only $10 for students, and $20.50 for the public, and are available online at http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/416235.
