Highland Running of The Bulls: Benefiting Tennyson Center For Children

We are once again honored to be part of such a cool event. We had such a blast last year we decided to help out once again.  Registration is still open and we are challenging the Denver music community to come out and support this great cause!

On July 13, 2013 at 9am, 32nd Avenue will begin to resemble Pamplona, Spain as runners clad in white and red attempt to outrun the Rocky Mountain Roller Girls. The Roller Girls will be dressed as bulls and wielding foam bats during this fast-paced, family-friendly 1K race. Yep, that’s only about 11 blocks.

Wondering why you would put yourself in the path of these fearless ‘bulls?’ Do it for the kids.

All the proceeds from this event benefit Tennyson Center for Children. Tennyson Center is located in the heart of the Highlands, and has grown to become one of the Rocky Mountain region's leading treatment centers and K-12 schools for emotionally and crisis-affected children and youth, particularly those suffering from abuse and neglect.

Your $25 registration fee goes entirely to the kids at Tennyson Center, but thanks to our sponsors, you get a t-shirt, a beer, and a breakfast burrito.

It’s a great cause, and a great event.

Grab your red kerchief, and we’ll see you at the starting line.
