Portugal. The Man invaded The Ogden Theatre last Saturday night to a sold out crowd. The psychedelic rockers managed to play for almost two hours as they extended from an array of their catalog of hits. Complimented by some acid tripping visuals, the band proved why it is one of the best indie outfits out today. Not wasting anytime the band opened with " Purple Yellow Red and Blue," off of Evil Friends. With a few radio friendly singles sprinkled in between their sets they also managed to hit us with a few Beatles covers that made the night that much more enjoyable. The band is in the midst of their current tour and we suggest you checking them out, after all we have three times this past year.
