No Gym, No Problem

Since “I’ll work out when I have time” has officially been retired, let’s get down to it. These at-home workouts give back to the community, keep you sweating, and more importantly, keep you sane. Keep checking back in to see our list of updated at-home workouts and programs.

Strength in the City

Strength in the City hosts fitness and lifestyle events based in Denver, Chicago, and San Diego. Much like other gyms and programs, they’ve turned their experiences virtual. However, this program gives directly back to our Denver community.

Each workout or wellness class is based on a simple donation; as in as simple as $1. The proceeds go to several small businesses struggling to find their footing in the COVID-19 crisis. Strength in the City’s first live workout raised over $1,000 which was given to employees and restaurants in Denver.

Check out their website or Instagram for more information and for future classes.
