SPANK ROCK HEADLINES THE FIRST EVER 'CHECK YO PONYTAIL' TOUR

US DATES TO SUPPORT SOPHOMORE ALBUM EVERYTHING IS BORING AND EVERYONE IS A FUCKING LIAR OUT SEPTEMBER 27 ON BAD BLOOD RECORDS

Naeem Juwan, better known as MC Spank Rock, is set to headline the first Check Yo Ponytail Tour starting October 20th. The prolific rapper/singer will be supporting his long-awaited second album Everything Is Boring And Everyone Is a Fucking Liar out September 27th on Bad Blood Records. As evidenced on the just completed tour with Ke$ha and LMFAO, Spank Rock's sex-fueled stage show is filled with high energy that will bring all fans to their knees, begging for more. The 10-date tour will include support from Big Freedia, The Death Set, Pictureplane, and Check Yo Ponytail's very own Franki Chan.

Spank Rock’s sophomore album, overseen by über-producer Boys Noize with help from Mark Ronson, Squeak E. Clean and XXXChange, and including appearances from Big Freedia and Santigold, has been praised for its unexpected re-invention and knack to keep even the raunchiest minds blushing. The album, which guides you through the late night underworld you may expect from Prince or Rick James, will bring an energy only Spank Rock is capable of delivering. Videos for “#1 Hit” and “DTF DADT” are prime examples of Spank Rock’s ability to meld several genres and artistic platforms to make music perfect for dancing.
